The Austin Regional Clinic Pharmacy Program ensures ARC doctors and nurse navigators work closely with pharmacists to identify patients who would most benefit from our program. The ARC Pharmacy Program is offered jointly with Stellus Rx and follows the ARC model by connecting primary care physicians, pharmacists, and patients for better coordination and health outcomes.
Benefits of the ARC Pharmacy Program
Our pharmacists help our senior patients and others manage medications, refill and retrieve medications, and help monitor diabetes or hypertension. With the ARC Pharmacy Program, you also have options for specially packaged prescriptions and home-delivery services. Through collaboration, your primary care team and the ARC Pharmacy Program pharmacists provide you with better care.
Access to a personal pharmacist
The ARC Pharmacy Program gives patients a personal pharmacist who monitors prescription needs by answering medication questions, keeping an eye on medications, and making sure the medications prescribed are right for you. Based on ARC's patient-centered care model, when you are part of the program, your personal pharmacist becomes an integral part of your ARC care team. ARC doctors and nurse navigators work closely with the pharmacists to identify patients who would most benefit from the program.
Prescriptions delivered to your door
With the ARC Pharmacy Program, you have options for specially packaged prescriptions and home-delivery services when it's time to refill medications. Our overall goal is to improve your access to a personal pharmacist and improve your health.
Regular prescription coaching
Another benefit of the ARC Pharmacy Program is knowing your primary care physician and personal pharmacist are working together to make sure you're getting the prescription coaching you need to understand your medication plan, assessing your ability to take your medication, and keeping your doctor informed regarding your improved health.

Welcoming you to the program
ARC Medicare Advantage patients who are members of the Senior Health Connect program are the only ARC patients currently eligible for this program. If invited, you may receive a call directly from your personal pharmacist, or you may be contacted first by an ARC nurse navigator.
