Comprehensive care for older adults
ARC Geriatrics focuses on bridging the gap between the increasing number of older adults and the limited health care available to them. Our program is fully committed to providing specialized care tailored to ease the physical, cognitive, and psychosocial challenges that may develop with age. Patients 55 years and older with chronic health concerns and with Original Medicare (new and established patients) or Medicare Advantage plans (established patients only) can benefit from our geriatric services. Our primary goal is to provide a smooth transition into the next phase of your life and promote graceful aging.
At ARC, our geriatric physicians and advanced practice clinicians (APCs) provide clinical services and care focused on improving your overall health to live a happier, healthier life. By understanding your unique values and aspirations, our health care experts are able to create patient-centric comprehensive care plans to promote your overall well-being.
