Affordable Care Act (ACA) marketplace enrollment

Open enrollment for Affordable Care Act plans available through HealthCare.gov is from November 1 to January 15. Keep your ARC care team by choosing from insurance plans we accept: Aetna, Ambetter, Blue Cross, Blue Advantage, MyBlue, Moda, Sendero, and UnitedHealthcare Exchange Plan.

Medicare annual enrollment

Eligible U.S. residents can apply for and make changes to their Medicare plans from October 15 – December 7. Medicare is a health insurance plan for people ages 65 and up, or those with certain conditions or disabilities. It is important to know your options and pick a plan that lets you keep your ARC care team.

Medicare patients at ARC are 7.5% less likely to use the ER than other patients across the nation.

  • How does Microneedling with Radio Frequency work?

    During the procedure, tiny needles create controlled micro-injuries in the top layer of your skin. This triggers the body's natural healing process, leading to increased collagen and elastin production.   • How many treatments do I need?

    We typically recommend about 3-5 treatments about 4-6 weeks apart. Each treatment builds on the previous treatment.   • How long does a treatment take?

    A treatment usually takes about 20-40 minutes, depending on the area treated. We advise you to not put anything on your face, including makeup, for about 24 hours. After that, you may be a little red overnight, but it is fine to use makeup. You may be able to see some tiny dots if you look closely. Swelling and bruising are unusual.
