Learn more about Nurse Practitioners.
Nursing and medicine have captured my attention since I was a child – I’ve never imagined having a career in anything else! I love that in family medicine, I get to care for people across the lifespan, with an emphasis on wellness practices as well as disease management. I am motivated to help patients be the healthiest possible version of themselves. As a practitioner, my priorities are: Be a careful listener. Get to know the patient as a whole person, including the factors that influence their values and concerns. And wherever possible, utilize evidence-based practices that are proven to yield the best outcomes for the patient.
