I was always fascinated with health care and the human body, so medicine was the only choice that made sense to me; it was my Plan A and Plan Z. I love working in family medicine because I get to diagnose and manage every type of illness, and every day is different. I believe in working with my patients as a team. Maintaining good health is a collaborative effort and requires open and honest communication in addition to sometimes meeting patients where they are or finding compromises if needed.
