View test results in ARC MyChart

You can view most test results in your ARC MyChart account.

1. Log in to ARC MyChart.
2. Click on Your Menu, then Test Results under the My Record section.
3. Test results are in order, starting with the newest at the top. Click on the test name to open the result and view additional details.

While you have experienced the immediate release of normal and abnormal lab results for adult primary care, the expansion includes the release of normal and abnormal lab and radiology results for all primary and specialty care. Here is what to expect with results that are immediately released:

• Most lab results include automatically generated summaries with thorough explanations and some basic instructions.
• Your care team will review the results and reach out to you within the usual time with additional education and instructions if needed.
• Imaging (X-rays and Films) and cardiology results are automatically released after the results have been completed.
• If your test was ordered by a physician outside of ARC, please reach out to that physician's office to discuss your test results.
