ARC After Hours Clinics will be open on Labor Day, Monday, September 2: All ARC After Hours Clinics (ARC Cedar Park Building C, ARC Far West, ARC Kyle Plum Creek, ARC Round Rock, ARC Southwest) will be open 8:00am - 5:00pm.

If you have received a letter from UnitedHealthcare (UHC) stating that any of the providers listed below are out-of-network, please be informed that refers to their former practice. The following physicians and APC remain in-network at ARC, and you may continue seeing them without any changes to your coverage:

Perrigo infant formula recall

Perrigo Company has issued a recall of a batch of HEB Premium Infant Formula with Iron Milk-Based Powder and CVS Health Premium Infant Formula with Iron Milk-Based Powder due to elevated vitamin D levels, which could pose a risk to infants with kidney conditions. The affected products were sold in several states, including Texas.

New options for easier and more convenient scheduling

Provider First Scheduling: In an effort to make scheduling easier and more convenient, we’ve added “Provider First” scheduling.

  • Begin scheduling by choosing your PCP or a specific physician or advanced practice clinician (APC) that you’ve seen at ARC in the last 3 years.
  • The appointment screen may take longer to load since it is searching for your recent providers, but we’re working to make it faster.
  • Allergy providers will be added to Provider First in the coming weeks.
  • ARC Cardiology, Gastroenterology, Neurology, Reproductive Medicine, and Rheumatology are still unavailable for scheduling online. You can schedule these appointments by phone by calling 512-272-4636, option 1.

More convenient appointment choices: The appointment reasons have now been grouped by specialty and service. Primary care contains visit options for Pediatrics, Family Medicine, and Internal Medicine. Each specialty and service tile contains its related visit options.

Select a provider is back: The option to select your provider has returned to scheduling. This means you will not need to navigate to the filters to select your physician or APC.

Confirm your location for video visits: There is a new screen when scheduling a video visit. You’ll select where you’ll be located at the time of your video visit.
