Austin Regional Clinic registers all new ARC patients at Central Registration. Please see below for options on how to register at ARC as a new patient, as well as how you can update your personal information with us.

Registration Tips

  • New patient registration

    For your convenience, new patient registration may be done by phone. Save time and avoid delays when you pre-register online.

    By phone

    Call ARC Central Registration at 512-407-8686.
    Monday – Friday 7:30am – 9:00pm
    Saturday & Sunday 7:30am – 5:00pm.

    Have your personal information, including current health insurance, ready.

  • Updating your insurance and personal information

    By phone

    Call Central Registration at 512-407-8686.
    Monday – Friday 7:30am – 9:00pm
    Saturday & Sunday 7:30am – 5:00pm.

    Have your new health insurance information and any personal information that has changed readily available for this call.

    If you are a member of an insurance plan that requires monthly renewal, please call and update your information with ARC Central Registration prior to your visit. This can help prevent delays at the front desk or having to reschedule an appointment because your insurance is no longer compatible with ARC.

    Online

    Updating your insurance and personal information online is easy at MyChartARC.com.

    • Log into your MyChart account.
    • Click on the Insurance Summary tab from the dropdown menu for insurance updates.
      • Please allow 2-3 business days for a response to insurance updates.
    • Click on the Personal Information tab from the dropdown menu for personal information updates.
      • Please allow 24 hours for personal information updates to be viewable online.

  • Updating your information while scheduling an appointment

    At Austin Regional Clinic, you can schedule an appointment when it’s convenient for you, 24 hours a day. Call your regular doctor’s office to book your appointment with a customer service representative 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Or, make an appointment online through MyChartARC.com or at AustinRegionalClinic.com.

    By phone

    If you need to update your information while scheduling an appointment by phone during regular business hours, we will schedule your appointment as usual and transfer you to ARC Central Registration to update your information.

    If your appointment is made by phone after regular business hours, you will need to update your information by calling ARC Central Registration at 512-407-8686 during regular business hours or in person when you check in at your next appointment.

    Online

    You can also update your personal information at MyChartARC.com when you schedule your appointment online.

  • Updating your information at check-in

    If you need to make personal information updates at your next appointment, please arrive 10-15 minutes prior to your appointment to allow check-in staff the opportunity to assist you with updating your information. At check-in, you may be directed to an on-site Registration Representative or our phone staff to discuss your updates. Your driver’s license and a copy of your current insurance card will be needed at this time. These documents will be scanned into your ARC Medical Record.
