Effective July 31, 2024, ARC expands the immediate release of test results to ARC MyChart.

While you have experienced the immediate release of normal and abnormal lab results for adult primary care, the expansion includes the release of normal and abnormal lab and radiology results for all primary and specialty care. Here is what to expect with results that are immediately released:
- Most lab results include automatically generated summaries with thorough explanations and some basic instructions.
- Your care team will review the results and reach out to you within the usual time with additional education and instructions if needed.
- If your test was ordered by a physician outside of ARC, please reach out to that physician's office to discuss your test results.
ARC remains committed to providing you with timely and accurate information about your health and giving you the necessary tools to actively engage in your care.
