I just didn’t like how I was treated by dr. Cole. The rest of the staff was amazing.

Everyone else was so friendly and helpful. Lab tech was awesome, nurse was incredible and as always my doctor was great. It was just the older woman at the front that wasn’t awesome with her communication choices.

  • January 16, 2025

Talked about my general health and any problems I have at the moment. We discussed my husbands health as he has cancer and is a patient. The doctor is personable and caring.

Excellent 1st of the year visit with new insurance. All updated. New assistant was helpful and professional. Dr. Cole checked an old knee issue of concern and allayed my fears. A new prescription recommended by Dr. Cole will be helpful and works well already. Not accomplished: 1. Mounjaro prescription renewal to HEB Pharmacy did not go through due to some lack of instructions between ARC > HEB, so I'm waiting on approval still to get back on treatment. Will be another month to get increased dosage. 2. Hoped to follow up on referral to colonoscopy for this year. Last one was 11 years ago. Mentioned to Dr. Cole's assistant, but we did not schedule an exam. Also thinking that a prostate exam is due. Never done and I'm 61 y.o. Discussed with assistant, but not Dr. Cole.
