I chose a career in rheumatology because of my interest in immunology and autoimmune diseases. But most important, I saw what a significant and meaningful impact I could make in the patient’s quality of life by treating these ailments. I try to approach each patient by listening carefully to their problem and reviewing all aspects of their health.
