"Moving your body will not only help reduce risk of cardiovascular disease but also aid greatly in stress and anxiety management—even an activity as low impact as walking!" says Bridgette.
In her free time, Bridgette says she enjoys "Trying new restaurants with my significant other, taking my dog Luna on a walk, soaking up snuggles with my nephews in South Austin, lounging by the pool, and strength training."
