"I love that in family medicine, I get to care for individuals across the lifespan, with an emphasis on wellness practices as well as disease management. I am motivated to help patients be the healthiest possible versions of themselves," says Ellen.

"I am a big supporter of probiotics," says Ellen. "We are only just beginning to learn how critical the microbiome is for our health, and a good probiotic can be a great way to support your gut, immunity, and more."
In her free time, Ellen (who goes by Ellie) says she is hanging out with her husband and two young sons. "We live on a ranch in Liberty Hill that always has interesting things to explore. I also love cooking and baking," she adds.
