We are happy to welcome Andres D. Pardo-Agila, MD, Family Medicine, to the team at ARC Far West. Dr. Pardo is board-certified in both Family Medicine and Geriatric Medicine.

"I have a special interest in geriatric medicine and chose this career due to the generational changes that we see in our current population, as life expectancy is increasing," says Dr. Pardo. He adds, "We need to help keep seniors healthy and independent."

"I think maintaining good physical activity with cardiovascular and muscle strength will help us to keep independent for a long time," Dr. Pardo says when asked for a health tip for everyone.
In his free time, Dr. Pardo says, "I like to spend time with family, playing outside with my daughter. I'll try to keep myself active with biking, swimming, and walking/running."
