ARC celebrates its 16th workplace award.
For the seventh year in a row, Austin Regional Clinic has been named one of the "Top Workplaces" in Austin by the Austin American-Statesman.
ARC was recognized as one of the best places to work in the Greater Austin area in the Top Large Company category, along with 15 other large businesses. ARC was also named a "Best Workplace" for six years in an Austin Business Journal poll.
"It is a privilege to work with a team that takes care of our patients and each other in such a supportive, welcoming workplace that feels like family," said Katie Henry, ARC Chief Administration Officer.
"Our physicians, clinicians, and staff put their hearts into everything they do. The work we do matters, but the way we do it leaves an impression on the communities we serve," said Dr. Anas Daghestani, ARC Chief Executive Officer.
A family of coworkers
The "Top Workplaces" program is conducted by Energage along with publishing partners across the U.S., including the Austin American-Statesman. The program gathers feedback from ARC employees completed earlier this year.
ARC continues to stand out as a place with good interdepartmental cooperation, where employees feel informed about important decisions. Employees also reported feeling supported, encouraged, welcomed, included, and heard in a workplace that feels like a family.
