For the fourth year in a row, employees voted Austin Regional Clinic to the Top Workplaces of Greater Austin 2017 list in the Austin American-Statesman.
"Once again, ARC doctors and staff affirm our commitment to each other and to bringing health care to Central Texas. There is a sense of pride among our staff about the work we do to keep Texans healthy and save lives – this honor confirms it," said Dr. Anas Daghestani, ARC CEO.
"It is a privilege to be able to fulfill the ARC mission – to provide coordinated, comprehensive, accessible health care to Central Texans. It is an honor to have confirmation, once again, that the work we do matters, both to patients and staff," said Dr. Norman H. Chenven, ARC Founding CEO.
Bob Martin, Vice President, Human Resources at ARC said, "Each day, the doctors and staff care for friends, family, and neighbors while also inspiring future healthcare leaders. We have ARC doctors and staff who were patients as children, and have returned to join the ARC family – and this number continues to grow each year. It's a testament to the work we do every day."
The "Top Workplaces" ranking is conducted by WorkplaceDynamics along with publishing partners across the U.S. including the Austin American-Statesman. The program was launched in 2006 based on the simple belief: "The most successful companies are the ones that employees believe in."
ARC is proud to be included in the list of Top Workplaces of Greater Austin 2017, published in the Austin American-Statesman on November 5, 2017.
