ARC is once again supporting the 34th Annual Junior League of Austin Coats for Kids drive, to help make a difference in the lives of 30,000 children in our area. We will be holding a coat drive between November 9 and November 30 in all of our ARC Clinics!
How to contribute:
- Donate coats to the drive. Drop off your donations at any ARC Clinic. Look for the brightly decorated bins.
- Donate dollars. If you don't have a coat to donate, a $20 donation will provide one warm winter coat for a child in need. You can donate by check (made payable to "Coats for Kids") or online at https://www.jlaustin.org/coats/by clicking "DONATE" (when donating online, please list our company name as "Austin Regional Clinic."
- Say our name. Write or share social media posts with the #coatsforkidsatx and #ARC hashtags. Each mention on social media will help bring attention to this wonderful cause.
Coats of many colors (and sizes)
Kids come in many wonderful shapes and sizes so we can collect all colors and sizes of new or gently used coats. Junior League of Austin is in most need of adult sized coats for teenagers aged 13 to 18.
Distribution
The Junior League of Austin will provide over 30,000 warm winter coats to Central Texas children in need. In response to COVID-19, and to best serve the health and safety needs of our recipients and volunteers, Coats for Kids will have a modified format in December 2020. Distribution week is December 1-12, 2020. Please help by donating now!
