Due to inclement weather and road conditions, ALL ARC clinics and buildings are closed ALL DAY, THURSDAY, FEBRUARY 3, including drive-up COVID-19 testing and vaccines. Virtual appointments are available and all phone lines are open during usual business hours, including ARC After Hours schedules, thru Friday. Check back here for clinic opening updates.

Previously scheduled clinic appointments will change to telemedicine visits as appropriate. Patients with scheduled appointments will receive a text or call about changes. Please note that clinic staff may call from non-ARC phone lines. We encourage all of our patients and employees to be safe.

• Message your care team on MyChart if you can wait 2-3 days for a response.

24/7 Appointment Services:

We continue to offer many options for 24/7 phone and online appointment scheduling/cancelling.

• Schedule your appointment online, we'll help guide you to the correct tool for your needs.
• Cancel your appointment on MyChart, if you have an account and your appointment is over a day away.
• Submit a cancellation request online if your appointment is over a day away.
• Call your clinic and press "1" to book, cancel, or reschedule an appointment.
