Where can you find professional advice at no cost to you?

Why review your medicare plan each year?

  • Your health needs and medication needs may change.
  • Your need for vision, dental, hearing, transportation, or meal coverage may change.
  • You may be entitled to more than what you are using.

Why update your PCP with your plan each year?

  1. Your health plan needs you to confirm your PCP so they can better coordinate your care.
  2. Austin Regional Clinic may call you or email you with a link to a secure form to confirm your PCP, and then we share that information with your health plan.
  3. The caller should have personal information to confirm it is you. You should not provide any personal information aside from your health plan and PCP.
  4. Call Senior Health Connect at 512-402-5990 if you have any questions.
