The doctor and nurse were both wonderful. They kept things light but professional while I was being assisted. I’m disappointed by my interactions with front desk staff. I understand it’s cold and flu season, which may be more stressful than normal, but I felt like it was assumed any patient was going to be difficult and they’d rather not deal with them. I wish I didn’t have to be at the doctor’s office today either, but I was still courteous to those with whom I interacted.
