Why wouldn’t I want to be an Ob/Gyn? I am privileged to care for women at every stage of their lives. I chose a career in medicine so I could help improve the quality of life of the women in my community. I believe in providing every woman with consistent, compassionate, evidence-based medical care. Before I became a medical provider, I sometimes felt I was not being heard when relaying my healthcare concerns, so I strive to listen to and educate my patients.

Everyone was awesome and genuinely kind from the front desk, to the lab, to nurse and doctor!

  • January 16, 2025

Dr. Mello and her staff were amazing! I had my first appt with her today for just an annual exam (I’ve been putting it off for a few years because I was dreading finding a new OBGYN), and it went better than I expected. First of all, her staff was so professional and kind. They keep a whiteboard giving patients a heads up on how delayed their appt might be, which is brilliant and incredibly helpful. I was a little bummed initially because it said there would be a 40 minute delay, then an hour, but as someone who is there for non pregnancy related issues (but once being pregnant and understand how pregnant patients and their babies need to be prioritized in certain situations) I knew this is to be expected when seeing any OBGYN. The whiteboard was helpful and so accurate. Once I got called back, the MA / nurse was so sweet and explained everything really well. She also apologized for the delay. Once Dr. Mello came in, she was amazing! She didn’t make me feel rushed, she explained everything before we started, during the exam, and after. She was very caring and thorough. I can’t say enough great things about my experience today. I’m so relieved to have found her, and I’m excited that I’ve found a new OBGYN with such a great team.

Fastest thorough pap ever, thank you for sparing me the pain of being in there for long!

  • January 11, 2025

Everything about this visit was a 10. The front desk was the nicest I've ever seen. My alts were on time or early. And dr. Mello even looked ahead and prevented another trip into the office next week. So thank you. It was the perfect storm of awesomeness today.

    Staff and doctor were friendly.

  • January 9, 2025

I was glad Dr. Mello was quick with the procedure and walked me through the whole thing.
