Why wouldn’t I want to be an Ob/Gyn? I am privileged to care for women at every stage of their lives. I chose a career in medicine so I could help improve the quality of life of the women in my community. I believe in providing every woman with consistent, compassionate, evidence-based medical care. Before I became a medical provider, I sometimes felt I was not being heard when relaying my healthcare concerns, so I strive to listen to and educate my patients.

OVERALL PROVIDER RATING

Rating based on "Did the healthcare provider or doctor provide the care you expected?"

  • February 19, 2025

The nurse was very pleasant and accommodating. I appreciated how Dr. Mello took time to answer my questions and provided guidance in skilled input. Additionally, she was very caring and helped me to feel heard.

  • February 19, 2025

The appointment was at 3:50 and I didn’t get a call until after 60 minutes later. It’s obvious that this doctor is super preoccupied left and right which does not make her unprofessional by any means. It’s the ‘rushed info’ that can end up with false diagnosis because of it. In my case, my doctor re-evaluated info she was providing and made sure she was valid which made the waiting worthwhile.

  • February 12, 2025

Dr. Mello provides excellent care. I appreciate that she is thorough and caring.

  • February 6, 2025

I really liked how reassuring the doctor was about all the tests that were being done. I felt that I was listened to and my questions were answered.
