About Krupaben C. Patel, MD

  • Dr. Patel grew up in India. When she is not working, she enjoys building Legos with her young son, and spending time and traveling with her husband and son. One of Dr. Patel’s favorite area locales is the scenic drive on Highway 290 toward Fredericksburg – “it has amazing wildflowers, especially around springtime!”

I chose Family Medicine because it is the only specialty where I can connect with the whole family and with a wide variety of issues. I practice by listening to my patients, their stories, and then devise an individualized care plan. I encourage patients to be involved in their care and understand what works for them.

    All staff are polite

I really liked Dr. Patel. She was very helpful. Very kind. Very nice and I would recommend to use the doctor any day. However the only thing I would say is that the nurse kind of makes you feel bad she’s just rude you’re sick you don’t feel good you don’t wanna have to deal with somebody being rude to you. So I would just caution them that you know the doctors great, but the nurse is very very rude.

Blood Draw went very smooth. At other clinics I had bad experiences with multiple sticks. This tech was very professional and good at her job.

Ease of making appointment online was good, barely any wait time once there. The doctor was nice and addressed my needs. My issue was just the attitude of the nurse. The other thing is, I am still waiting on a flu test result after 4 hours. Would’ve expected it by now, given that I have a small window to take Tamiflu and that my pharmacy is closing within the hour. Other times I have received the result within a half hour.
