About Jessica M. Garcia, APRN, MSN, FNP-C

  • Jessica Garcia will be working with the Family Medicine team starting October 31, and will begin seeing her own patients in early December.

Jessica grew up in Laredo, TX. In her free time, she can always be found in her garden, growing vegetables and Texas native plants, and planning a home-cooked meal with her husband using their home-grown food. They also enjoy taking their little chihuahua on walks on secluded trails, and spending time with family and friends.

I chose a career in family practice because I really enjoy the holistic approach to the patient’s care as well as the lasting relationships we develop over time. The most important thing a provider can do is listen to the patient. Listening first will always help in making the best diagnosis.
