In her free time, she can always be found in her garden, growing vegetables and Texas native plants, and planning a home-cooked meal with her husband using their home-grown food. I chose a career in family practice because I really enjoy the holistic approach to the patient’s care as well as the lasting relationships we develop over time. The most important thing a provider can do is listen to the patient. Listening first will always help in making the best diagnosis.
