I always felt a calling to become someone who helps and cares for others. I had a great pediatric nurse practitioner growing up, and she influenced me to look into health care as a career at a young age. The human connection of this profession, being able to leave a positive impression on people’s lives, or just being a support in times of uncertainty are what drew me to nursing and what gives me a great sense of purpose. Collaboration is an important aspect of my practice, as I want patients to feel that they have control over their own health and be involved and learn, not just by telling them what to do. I love to share in the small victories and positive outcomes. And preventive care and screenings are very important!

Jenny does an excellent job, she asks a lot of questions to ensure everything is covered, she makes me feel like a patient not a number which I appreciate. Also you all do a good job with getting folks to back to be seen in a timely manner.
