I don’t like that there is no “waiting room” for televisits. I was on a call for work and couldn’t answer the calls from the doctor, and when I call back - there’s a 20 min wait to get to the nurse. It’s overall, a flawed and inconvenient system.

  • April 10, 2025

The front desk, nurse and Doctor Merryman were all so friendly. Dr. Merryman made me feel at ease throughout my visit and seemed genuinely concerned for my well being. He didn’t treat me like a number and anxious to get to the next patient. He took time to listen and offer advice
