Gay Lynne was born and raised in San Antonio, TX. In her free time, she loves being involved in the community, and completed the Team Kyle Academy and Citizens Police Academy through the City of Kyle. Gay Lynne also loves being in nature, and finds it healing. She has completed the year-long Certified Hays County Master Naturalist program and now volunteers in various projects throughout Hays and Travis counties. Gay Lynne’s favorite people to hang out with are her daughter and son-in-law, who live nearby. Among her favorite outdoor spots for hiking, learning, or just relaxing are Heroes Memorial Park in Kyle, Jacob’s Well, San Marcos River, Water Quality Protection Lands, McKinney Falls State Park, and the Emily Ann Theatre and Gardens.

I became a Registered Nurse in 2004 to honor my mom. She was an RN in the Army and a college professor, and I admired her so much for taking care of people and teaching others to do the same. After working nine years in the hospital and hospice, I obtained my Family Nurse Practitioner degree in 2015. I believe every person deserves an advocate to help navigate the healthcare system and set their own personal health goals. We can work together using evidence-based practices to achieve your goals. I want my patients to feel supported. I’m here for you, I want to help.

The visit itself was good and I am very grateful that I was able to get the sinus infection antibiotics and therefore start feeling better.

NP Carson was great! I've never had such an in depth UA ran, she was very thorough. I was impressed. I can see why my daughter and other patients like her so much!

NP Gay was very put offish. She didn't seem interested in hearing me out. She literally walked through the door with a diagnosis before examining me. I told her I've had a headache for 2 days straight and Tylenol wasn't working. She offered me Tylenol codeine. I told her I was not interested as that's just a bandaid. I wanted to know why and what's triggering the constant headache. She then said 'idk what else you want me to do?' I knew then it was time for me to go. I probably will never go to ARC urgent care again because of this experience.
