It was frustrating that the provider had to reschedule the appointment 3 times before I actually saw the doctor. The rescheduling forced me to get script refills several times.
Dr. Kauffman was great as always and answered any questions I had regardless.
Dr. Kaufman was very informative and took the time to thoroughly explain things/options. She was very mindful and I'm sure she brings reassurance/calmness to those who may have experienced difficulties in the past.
Longer wait today… that’s my only complaint. Had two appointment… ultrasound and drs appt. I was there for 90 minutes. That’s my only complaint. But I love Dr Kaufman!
I had a great experience today @ ARC North Austin OBG. I was running ~5 min late after going to the wrong location, but I didn’t feel rushed at all. The front desk got me checked in quickly with no wait (after easy initial eCheck-in the MyChart app) and even made a note on the appt when I asked for my flu shot. My clinical staff/MA was very helpful and friendly when taking my vitals and administering the flu shot. And Dr. Kaufman was amazing — very thorough and helpful, while still making me feel at ease. I had a couple specific concerns and we came with a plan for lab work and follow up after my initial exam. She was patient and attentive the whole visit, and made the actual exam part efficient and painless (as much as it could be). Tech in the Lab gave me a speedy and comfortable draw and was very friendly. Would highly recommend ARC North Austin!
Everything was great, from the front desk to the Drs visit
