  • November 14, 2024

I love NP Falcon. She’s really helped me.

  • November 13, 2024

Today’s experience with NP Falcon was the most pleasant experience I have ever had at the gynecologist. I seriously appreciated her thoughtfulness and willingness to answer all of my questions.

  • November 13, 2024

All personnel were very friendly and patient. I never felt rushed and they took the time to explain things, and to answer any questions I had. They provided a lot of good information and had taken the time to give me personal tips and things I should think about.

  • November 13, 2024

As a patient I had agreed to show up at least 15 minutes before my appointment. I expect the doctor to value my time the way I am expected to value theirs. At some point a patient deserves to be informed of delays. A sign on a counter not facing the check in desk with delay time is insufficient. We are not appointment times, we are patients/people that deserve to be respected. While minor delays can be understood, over an hour delay is irresponsible.

Bianca was wonderful. Really liked her and she was thorough. She went over my past tests, set me up for a mammo and a bone density test.
