About
Antoinette M. Moore, MD
-
Dr. Moore grew up in San Antonio, TX. In her free time, Dr. Moore and her partner love trying different restaurants in the area, working on their garden, and catching a movie at the Alamo Drafthouse. Among her favorite area locales is the Texas Hill Country, where her parents live.
I experienced first-hand as a patient how difficult it is to navigate the medical system, and decided to switch careers to medicine. I chose family medicine for the advantages of caring for all ages and the opportunity to build lasting and meaningful therapeutic relationships with my patients. I believe in practicing evidence-based medicine – the evidence is always changing and as clinicians, we have to be prepared to redirect care plans. I like to meet patients where they are in regard to their outlook on their health, and guide them to the most impactful changes they should consider.
