Dr Tomkins took time to listen to the ongoing issue that brought us into the clinic. She helped played detective on what is causing issues and was very supportive and a great listener. Everything from check in to lab was efficient and we’re grateful! Thank you ARC RR!

I experienced a 40 minute wait time between nurse and doctor visit. Unfortunately this waiting time took place in the cold freezing room which made it uncomfortable . I suggest timely updates on the delays.

She was not friendly nor personable. I felt judged in confiding in her when giving information about my concerns for my child.
