Dr Pratt is a great doctor, easy to talk to and my nurse is equally as knowledgeable and helpful

  • November 15, 2024

I was very pleased that the doctor immediately recommended physical therapy based on my description of my symptoms. I agreed with her that there’s not a need for an x-ray at this time she sent the referral in immediately and I was able to get a therapy appointment scheduled for tomorrow, it was wonderful

Love love Dr. Pratt. Of all the doctors I have met, even the ones in this practice, she is one who doesn’t disregard the worries, pays a lot of attention and has excellent bedside manners. She is the best.

    Lab tech was also good

Very happy with the service today. Thank you ARC we’ve made an excellent choice selecting you as our primary care provider

  • November 8, 2024

I like dr Pratt for her directness and no panick approach. I like her thought process too. I felt like I had to convince her to request labs which she could have thought of by herself. Since the issue is unknown, she could have thought of everything she could possibly do, it has been 3 months since I feel extreme fatigue and diagnosis is very slow, I feel miserable physically and mentally right now. We still don’t have the root cause, which makes me disappointed in medical care.
