This was such an outstanding experience. From the front desk staff, whom were so friendly & helpful despite the fact that I was late ( I had gotten turned around in my directions) but they were so accommodating- letting me know that Dr. Dhruva was still open to getting me in and seen. I went back with his nurse promptly & she was so personable & made me feel so comfortable- she explained exactly what was happening & what to anticipate when the Dr. Dhruva came in. And I can’t say enough positive things about Dr. Dhruva himself. He was so informative, explaining everything about the thyroid nodules, and what the previous tests showed, then explained all that was going to happen & was so incredibly nice, took the time to make me feel comfortable and so much less anxious about the procedure he was about to do. And for having a needle in the neck, he did a pretty amazing job. He made all of this that could’ve been so much scarier & all around difficult kind of appointment, instead he & his staff made it so pleasant that I look forward to going back, as I will probably need a follow up. They impressed me so much and I sincerely thank Dr. Dhruva & his staff for making this such a positive experience.
