On Saturday and Sunday, all ARC After Hours Clinics open – COVID-19 testing and boosters available

We hope everyone remains safe and warm. On SATURDAY, FEBRUARY 5, All five ARC After Hours Clinics will be open 8:00am – 5:00pm as usual. COVID-19 testing and vaccines will be available by appointment. Sunday hours will also be business as usual.

Regardless of weather conditions, ARC continues to provide 24/7 Connected Care.

24/7 Nurse Triage Available:

• Call your clinic and press "4" to speak to a nurse 24/7, for immediate health concerns.
• Message your care team on MyChart if you can wait 2-3 days for a response.

24/7 Appointment Services:

We continue to offer many options for 24/7 phone and online appointment scheduling/cancelling.

• Schedule your appointment online, we'll help guide you to the correct tool for your needs.
• Cancel your appointment on MyChart, if you have an account and your appointment is over a day away.
• Submit a cancellation request online if your appointment is over a day away.
• Call your clinic and press "1" to book, cancel, or reschedule an appointment.
