ARC is pleased to announce that Therese O. James, APRN, MSN, FNP-C, Family Medicine, has joined the team at ARC Center Street.
"I love health, wellness, and medicine," says Therese. "I am in awe of the complexities and differences in everyone's individual body. I have spent a lifetime learning and continue to learn every day of my career."
Keeping families out of the hospital
When asked why she chose Family Medicine, Therese says, "I love partnering with families to maintain their health and well-being to keep them out of the hospital and living their best life." She adds, "My passions include women's health, pediatrics, elderly patients, preventive medicine, and wellness education. I love the whole family."
When asked her best health tip, her simple but powerful response is, "Prevention."
In her free time, Therese says she enjoys, "Spending time with my family, our dogs, cooking, hiking, and enjoying the outdoors. I also love a weekend streaming Netflix and I live for family vacations."
