Happy New Year! ARC has quicker and easier ways this year for you to update your health insurance plan information with us. At least three days before your appointment, you will receive a text with a link to complete your pre-visit steps and include insurance updates. If you are not opted in for texts, you can opt in by sending the word START to 27903.
Confirming your contact and health plan information several days before your scheduled appointment saves time at check-in and ensures accurate billing. It's also important you tell us the ARC primary care physician (PCP) on file with your insurance plan.
There are three quick ways to update your information before your next appointment:
- Text/SMS notifications: If you opted-in to receive text message appointment reminders, you will receive a link at least three days before your appointment to complete Pre-Visit Steps online. Click the link and follow the prompts to update your personal information and health insurance, confirm your PCP, complete and sign forms, and more.
- MyChart: Before your next appointment, log in to ARC MyChart and complete all Pre-Visit Steps. You can also navigate to Personal Information to update your contact information or Insurance Summary to update your insurance details before your next visit.
- Phone: At least three days before your next appointment, call ARC Central Registration at 512-407-8686 (M-F 7:30am - 9pm or weekends 7:30am - 5pm).
By completing these pre-visit steps early, we can focus on your health concerns when you arrive for your appointment.
