Brandon Teenier, CPA, has joined ARC as Chief Financial Officer. Brandon has an extensive 17-year background in health care and financial operations, having served in numerous accounting roles, including controller for several organizations. Most recently, he has been the CFO for Lone Star Circle of Care (LSCC), which he joined in 2015 as controller, then vice president of accounting before being named CFO in 2020. LSCC, based in Georgetown, provides primary and behavioral health care to individuals throughout Central Texas regardless of insurance status or ability to pay.
In his role as ARC CFO, Brandon will be responsible for multiple departments, including Finance/Accounting, Payroll, Revenue Cycle, and Purchasing. In addition, as a member of the executive team, he will take an active role in strategic planning, payer contracting, and real estate, and will work closely with many of ARC's external partnerships.
Brandon holds a Bachelor of Arts in business administration from Alma College in Alma, Michigan, and is a certified public accountant. He is a member of the American Institute of CPAs, Texas Association of Certified Public Accountants, and The Health Financial Management Association. He volunteers with the Texas Mamma Jamma Ride and RBI Austin, which engages and develops inner-city Austin youth athletically, academically, and spiritually to help them become leaders in their communities.
Brandon assumes his role from Ted Matthews, who held the CFO position for eight years before moving out of state with his family.
