ARC celebrates its 15th workplace award. The Austin American Statesman named us one of the Top Workplace in the Austin area, based on feedback from employees.
The Top Workplaces of 2021 published Sunday, November 14 in the Austin American-Statesman, marking our 15th workplace award in almost as many years.
"At the close of an especially challenging year, as we faced a continuing pandemic along with staff shortages, the feedback highlights the engagement of our dedicated teams, and also shows us where we can continue to improve. I continue to be proud to be a part of our ARC family," said Katie Henry CAO.
"The work we do matters, to our patients, to our employees, to our families and neighbors. We make lives healthier. Nobody can do what ARC does with the heart our employees put into it every day," said Dr. Anas Daghestani, ARC CEO.
Employee feedback says it all
The "Top Workplaces" program is conducted by Energage along with publishing partners across the U.S., including the Austin American-Statesman. The program gathers feedback from ARC employees completed earlier this year.
Because results are based on employee feedback, this honor is especially meaningful this year. ARC stands out as a place with good interdepartmental cooperation, where employees feel informed about important decisions. Employees also reported feeling supported, encouraged, welcomed, included, and heard in a workplace that feels like a family.
ARC employees' positive attitude, willingness to pitch in, and strong communication make ARC stand out as a supportive, inclusive, welcoming place to work.
