Austin Regional Clinic was among a handful of companies that made the 2014 Top Workplaces ranking by the Austin American-Statesman, a designation voted on by our employees.
The Top Workplaces program, conducted by the research firm, WorkplaceDynamics, is based on the simple belief: "The most successful companies are the ones that employees believe in."

Bob Martin, Vice President, Human Resources at ARC, says that ARC doctors and staff regularly go out of their way to volunteer for community events and charitable activities and that it's one of the many reasons ARC is "tops".
Said Martin, "There is a shared sense of pride amongst doctors and staff that what we do makes a positive impact on thousands of Central Texans. This recognition is a testament to that culture."
