Elizabeth C. Knapp, MD, was named Best Pediatrician, and ARC was named "Best" in these five categories:

- Best Orthopedic Group
- Best Customer Service
- Best Benefits Program
- Best Employee Recognition Program
Winners in over 50 categories were announced during an online broadcast Thursday evening, September 16.
The public was invited to nominate their favorites and then vote over the summer on finalists in multiple categories. A complete list of the winners in all categories will appear in a special section of the September 19 edition of the Austin American-Statesman.
