This award celebrates companies that put employees first. ARC continues to stand out as a healthcare organization whose values align with a focus on quality care. That alignment shines through in daily actions and long-term plans. Employees feel their opinions and contributions matter to leadership that welcomes different points of view.
The "Top Workplaces" program is conducted by Energage along with publishing partners across the U.S., including the Austin American-Statesman. Energage uses feedback from employee surveys to rank organizations. On average, fewer than 3% of eligible organizations earn a Top Workplaces designation, according to the research firm.
