April 5, 2021 – Austin Regional Clinic's three locations, doctors and staff in Hays County have been recognized by the Hays Free Press with numerous "2020 Best of North Hays County" awards, as voted on by readers of the newspaper.

The readers' poll was conducted in January by the Hays Free Press, and nominations were voted on in February. The Best of North Hays County section published on March 31 in the Hays Free Press. Over 10,000 individuals cast over 43,000 votes for their favorite businesses or services.
