Change demographics information in MyChart

Update your personal information, such as address, phone number or email in ARC MyChart

1. Log in to your ARC MyChart account.
2. Click on Your Menu, then Personal Information.
3. Click the Edit button in the area that needs to be modified. You can modify your contact information, such as address and phone number, or personal details, such as preferred name and language.
4. To add an emergency contact, click on Add contact in the Family & Friends section. You can also designate an existing contact as your emergency contact by editing their information.
5. Click Save Changes when you are finished updating your information.
