Vaccines: ARC offers Pfizer (5+), Moderna (18+) and Johnson & Johnson (18+). Availability and schedules vary. If a slot is not available, continue checking schedules via ARC MyChart.
Vaccine Booster: The CDC and FDA have authorized a second COVID-19 booster shot for some individuals who may be at higher risk of severe outcomes from COVID-19. This group includes people over the age of 50 and individuals 12+ with immune compromise (Pfizer for 12+ and Moderna for 18+). All recipients must be least 4 months out from their first booster dose.
Appointments: Schedule online through ARC MyChart or by calling the ARC COVID-19 hotline at 866-453-4525. If you cannot find availability online, please wait a day and check again. We continue to open more slots. MyChart displays the schedule that phone schedulers use. Thank you for your patience.

ARC patients and all community members 5+ (Pfizer) and 18+ (Moderna and Johnson & Johnson) are now eligible to receive a COVID-19 vaccination per Texas DSHS.
Dose 1 at ARC:
- Schedule online at MyChartARC.com: ARC patients with an account can login and book directly.
- Call: If you do not have an ARC MyChart account or if you prefer the Johnson & Johnson vaccine, please call 866-453-4525.
Dose 2 at ARC: Your appointment will be scheduled upon receiving Dose 1 at ARC. If you did not get your first dose at ARC, please call 866-453-4525.
Dose 3 (1st booster), 4 (2nd booster), or 5 (3rd booster) at ARC:
