Now Available… Expanded Bill Pay Access

You asked for it and now we have delivered. ARC now offers expanded hours for patients to pay their bill over the phone and ask about account balances.

Bill Pay Improvements

  • Expanded hours. Bill payment over the phone is now available six days a week Monday through Friday 7 a.m. – 9 p.m. and Saturday 8 a.m. – 1 p.m.

  • Faster bills = Less Confusion. In the past, it was not uncommon for patients to receive an ARC medical bill many weeks following care resulting in a lot of confusion among our patients. We’ve made changes to expedite this process.

Our goal is to continually improve customer satisfaction. More options, more convenience, more access.
