Allergist, Elizabeth A. Clayton at Austin Regional Clinic in Bee Cave

Helping People Feel Better Everyday

Austin Regional Clinic is pleased to announce that Elisabeth A. Clayton, MDAllergy & Asthma physician, has joined the team at ARC Bee Cave.

Of her choice to become an Allergy & Asthma physician, Dr. Clayton says “I chose a career in allergy-immunology because this field gives me the opportunity to help people feel better every day.”

She shares her philosophy of practice, saying, “My goal is to make sure every patient is heard and understood, and to incorporate the patient’s perspective into my treatment plan.”

In her free time, Dr. Clayton says she enjoys, “Spending time with my family, watching movies, and enjoying new restaurants.” One of her favorite Central Texas spots, she says, is Alamo Drafthouse.

When discussing allergies, Dr. Clayton shares a tip. She says, “Seasonal allergies can sometimes lead to ‘oral allergy syndrome,’ which is an itchy mouth after eating certain raw fruits and veggies. Allergy testing can show you which pollens cause both your seasonal allergies and your oral allergies.”

Dr. Clayton is currently accepting new patients. To make an appointment with Dr. Clayton, go online or call ARC Bee Cave at 512-676-2500.
