A Medicare Wellness Visit may save your life, just ask Kristin
Kristin’s journey to better health began with a Medicare Wellness Visit and a very persistent ARC team. Her family medicine physician coordinated the needed care with her gynecologist and orthopedist, ensuring timely cancer treatment and later hip replacement surgery. “I never appreciated having a network of doctors until I went to ARC.” See Kristin’s story.
Your ARC bill may now be in your MyChart account
If you have an ARC MyChart account, you will automatically receive your billing statement through your MyChart account. Please remember to act on email reminders about MyChart messages so you don’t fall behind on any payments. Patients who do not have MyChart will continue to receive paper bills.
If you prefer to receive paper statements, you can opt out of paperless billing through MyChart. Instructions are in this short article on the ARC blog.
Weight-loss medication program now available from ARC Healthiness
The ARC Healthiness Program now offers a weight-loss medication option that can be used on its own or combined with any of our meal replacement programs. Leading the new program at ARC Far West is Marisa R. Garcia, APRN, FNP-C, specialist in obesity medicine and weight loss medication management.
The medication option requires an annual fee that covers weekly visits with a health guide for one year. The program also includes monthly visits with Marisa for medication management. Because the current GLP-1 weight loss medications are very difficult to obtain, Marisa can educate you about options to help you make a decision. If you think this might be a good fit for you and your goals, call 512-483-9595 to schedule your first visit. More info online.
