ARC continues to expand specialties and services
We have continued to grow specialties and services to meet the needs of our patients in Central Texas. Here are the latest additions available to you and your family.
- ARC Neurology adds specialists at ARC East 7th and ARC Four Points. Infusion therapy is now at ARC Four Points with multiple sclerosis (MS) treatment to come in August.
- ARC Gastroenterology adds an inflammatory bowel disease program with Sujaata R. Dwadasi, MD at ARC Northwest Hills Specialty.
- ARC Endocrinology adds diabetes care and other treatments with Farheen Yousuf, MD at ARC Center Street in Kyle, TX.
- ARC Podiatry adds Lapiplasty® 3D bunion correction, a less invasive surgical option, with our podiatrists at ARC Cedar Park Building B, ARC Far West Medical Tower, and ARC Medical Park Tower Orthopedics.

Did you know an ER visit can cost $500 to $3,000 or more? Most common ER visits can be seen at an ARC clinic. We have same-day and after-hours options! ARC After Hours Clinic locations are staffed by both pediatric and adult medicine providers who can care for immediate health and non-life-threatening urgent issues.

24/7 virtual urgent care — NormanMD introductory pricing only thru July 31
NormanMD is a 24/7 virtual urgent care subscription service powered by ARC doctors. With it, you can get advice and treatment from an ARC Pediatrician or Adult Medicine physician for urgent issues any time from anywhere in Texas. Telemedicine visits include options to message, share images, start a video visit, or talk with a doctor. Subscription rates are about to go up, but you can get introductory pricing if you sign up by July 31, 2023.

Check in for a checkup
Take advantage of easier family schedules and relaxed days and schedule a well-check exam for kids ages 5-18. Well-child visits are a good time to discuss new healthcare concerns, preventive care, and vaccinations with your ARC care team. Your doctor or nurse practitioner also monitors chronic issues like asthma and can complete those physical forms for school and camp.

Women can join an important vaccine trial to prevent birth defects
ARC Clinical Research is enrolling women ages 16-40 in a study that could help eradicate one of the most infectious causes of birth defects in the world, cytomegalovirus (CMV). If a woman becomes infected with CMV while pregnant, she can pass the infection to her unborn baby, leading to long-term disability due to birth defects, including hearing loss. Currently, there is no approved vaccine against CMV.
