Save time and book online
Take the reins on scheduling when you book online. It's quick, easy, and gives you the same appointment availability as calling. Here are three tips to help guide you to book your next appointment with an ARC doctor or advanced practice clinician (APC).
- Log in to ARC MyChart: It offers the most online scheduling options for primary and specialty care. You can start with doctors and APCs you have already seen or choose a specialty and follow the prompts.
- Visit AustinRegionalClinic.com: No MyChart, no problem. Check if you can book online with doctors or APCs right from their online bio or specialty page. Click "Book Now" and follow the prompts.
- Call 512-272-4636: When online scheduling is not an option, you can call 512-ARC-INFO (512-272-4636) and select “1.”
We continue to add more doctors, APCs, and appointments to online scheduling and over 45% of all ARC appointments are booked online—join the trend!

You can complete these Pre-Visit Steps via the link in your text message reminder with or without ARC MyChart (if you opted-in to texts). You can also complete them on ARC MyChart. If you prefer to speak to someone, please call ARC Central Registration at 512-407-8686 (M-F 7:30am - 9pm or weekends 7:30am - 5pm).

Participate in ARC Clinical Research
The research team at ARC is currently enrolling participants in seven different clinical studies. Enrolling in a study not only helps advance medical science, but also gives you access to specialized care and trial medications that may not be available outside a research study. Your decision to participate is optional and does not interfere with your medical care. If you are eligible and accepted for enrollment into a clinical trial, you may also receive compensation for your time.
To learn more about the studies and how to participate, call ARC Clinical Research at 737-247-7240 or visit one of the links below:
