If you feel sick or need to see a physician or advanced practice clinician (APC) outside of regular Austin Regional Clinic (ARC) hours, you can book an appointment at any available ARC After Hours Clinic at ARCafterhours.com. Prefer to speak to an adult medicine or pediatric physician immediately? Ease your worries with NormanMD, a 24/7 virtual urgent care service that puts you in touch with an ARC doctor in minutes. NormanMD may be part of your benefit plan or require an additional fee.

Update your payment method in ARC MyChart
ARC MyChart has a new bill-pay experience. If you’ve previously saved your payment information in ARC MyChart, you’ll need to re-enter it for future payments. If you are currently on a payment plan, you can avoid interruption or delay in your payments by going to the ARC MyChart billing page and updating your preferred payment method.

Medicare Annual Enrollment Period (AEP) ends December 7
Medicare AEP ends this Saturday, December 7. During AEP, Medicare-eligible patients ages 65 or older can sign up for Medicare or change their plan. ARC accepts Original Medicare for new and established patients, as well as several Medicare Advantage Plans for established patients.

Explore your options for health insurance
Open Enrollment for Healthcare Marketplace plans on HealthCare.gov is November 1 to January 15. To receive coverage in January, select a plan by December 15. You can stay with ARC by choosing from insurance plans we accept. For patients who are currently on Ascension Personalized Care, you must choose a new plan. Beginning January 1, 2025, Ascension Personalized Care will no longer be available in Texas.
