Speak with the right nurse when you call
When you have a health concern, you want the most direct way to speak with one of our 24/7 phone nurses. Here’s how you can reach the appropriate phone nurse:
- For questions relating to care with a specialist, call the clinic where you received that care.
- For general health questions, call the clinic of your primary care team.
You can also call 512-272-4636 (512-ARC-INFO) and press “4” to speak with a nurse. Follow the prompts to connect with either a primary care or specialty care nurse.

Receiving a lot of texts? Here’s why
ARC MyChart delivers important text notifications regarding your lab results, billing status, appointment confirmations, and more. When multiple lab tests are ordered, ARC sends a separate text notification for each result. To manage the amount of text notifications you receive, leverage the Daily Summary option in ARC MyChart.
